But starting treatment, adjusting the dose, and maintaining regular reviews isn’t always straightforward. A practitioner with the knowledge and experience to navigate the early stages of ADHD medication can make a significant difference to a patients long-term outcomes.
Neuro FX offers a private, structured service to support safe prescribing and long-term treatment. All prescribing follows NICE guidance, with regular check-ins and clear communication throughout.

What to Expect
12-Month ADHD Medication Package
We provide treatment packages for patients assessed at Neuro FX. These include:Initial medication planning
Three to four titration appointments (est. 30 mins each)
Monthly prescriptions for one year
Monitoring and clinical reviews
Standard written reports or GP letters
Access to clinical support by email (response within 2 working days)
Already Diagnosed Elsewhere?
We offer a one-off onboarding review (£250) for patients with a recent ADHD diagnosis from another provider. If the diagnosis is robust and clinically appropriate, we may be able to continue treatment under our prescribing plan. We do not prescribe based on reports that do not meet rigorous clinical standards.

We do not offer emergency or out-of-hours services
We do not prescribe for patients under the care of NHS ADHD clinics
Controlled drug prescribing is subject to regular monitoring and requires monthly blood pressure and pulse checks
This service does not include the cost of any prescribed medication. This must be paid for by the patient to their pharmacy of choice.
Medication is prescribed in line with NICE NG87 and the Misuse of Drugs Regulations 2001. Controlled drug prescription pads (FP10) are stored securely, and all prescribing is carried out by a qualified nurse-independent prescriber.
